We need to take really practical action through ‘talking & teaching’ our kids of all genders, about how to share childcare, balance working from home & homeschooling or helping with homework, to sharing housework properly & equally, but more importantly we need to have those ‘real’ conversations with our partners to model the change we need to see in our everyday lives and to model what’s necessary to prevent women’s rights backsliding a generation.
Then take a look & get involved by choosing a challenge.

Life changes when we take small steps of action.
Change happens when we do small things.
Make time to have those conversations with your partner it will influence the balance in your home that will impact on your children & influence change.
I used to think it was all about big gestures – now I realise it’s also about the small ones.
Choose your challenge & let’s make a difference !
