Small change. Big difference.
Whether it is verbal, physical, online or in-person, bullying has a significant impact on a child’s life well in to adulthood.
I should know as I was bullied when I moved to my Secondary School and had alopecia ( where my hair fell out in patches) due to the stress and anxiety.
I also thought it was my fault.
So I think that experience all those years ago when I was 11 quietly infused my passion to develop a ‘Can Do – Confident Kid’ & that’s why I wrote my Can Do Kid’s Journal: Discover your Confidence Superpower.
Nurturing, developing & empowering children underpins all the work that I now do – from being a Deputy Headteacher to being a parenting expert for Disney, BBC & ITV ‘This Morning’
By making small, simple changes, we can break the cycle of bullying and create a safe environment for everyone.
Because together, we CAN & MUST challenge bullying.
Change starts with a conversation.
It starts with checking in.
It starts with working together.
Change starts here.
Change starts now.
Change starts with us.
No child should have to put up with bullying.
