As we move into a new decade, it’s a good time to think about what your kids are watching. Are your children finding content they want to watch, through television, streaming services or on-demand channels?

Are they finding and consuming content you think they ought to watch,  that is enriching, suitable and exciting that leads them safely and appropriately along the road to a healthy adulthood – or are they left to their own devices, binge watching content in their own bedroom or growing up addicted to the electric babysitter?

How can you make sure that your kids are finding a balance between online & offline activities and engaging positively with the opportunities and challenges ahead?

Well one way is to have the intention to be actively involved offline with your kids.

Try using my ING activities once a week at a regular day and time to build up a habit for you and your kids that you can all look forward to.

Simple activities like cookING, bakING, cyclING, readING, playING, explorING, talkING, board gamING, gardenING – you get the idea !

Be led by your kids interests and you won’t go far wrong. But the secret is consistency.

Love to hear your struggles, ideas and suggestions.
