With couples forced to spend more time together during lockdown, it’s no surprise that tensions sometimes rise. Anxiety about work, disrupted routines, childcare issues and a lack of other social connections may lead couples to vent their frustrations on each other. Under this level of strain, it’s natural to become impatient or irritated with each other – even in a solid partnership.
