The Sue Atkins Weekly Parenting Question.
Posted by: Sue Atkins
Every Monday I ask you a Parent Coaching Question for you to print off, pop on your fridge and to ponder throughout the week.
Being a great parent requires you to become a self aware parent. A parent who thinks about what they are doing and reflects on what is working and what isn’t working so you can adapt and change what you always do.
Being a great parent takes time, reflection and requires a great amount of learning from your mistakes – it’s what I call ‘failing forward ‘ !
We are ALL a work in progress!
So just for this week – ponder this question and see what answers come up over the next few days.
It’s not about beating yourself up but about reflecting about what small changes you could make that could make a BIG difference in your family’s happiness, self esteem or confidence.
Here’s this week’s question:
“What makes things difficult?”
If you would like to work with me on being a more positive parent just give me a call on 01883 818329 for an initial informal chat or email me on [email protected]
Have a great week.
