This week it is Thanksgiving so I thought I’d get you to ‘Pause To Ponder’ these reflective questions.

Having what I call ‘An Attitude of Gratitude’ is a very powerful way to feel more optimistic, more hopeful and more energised.

Have a lovely week.

1) What are you truly thankful for?
2) What do you like / love about yourself?
3) What are you good at?
3) Write down all the things you love, respect and admire about your partner.
4) What do you love, respect and admire about each of your children?
5) What do you like / love and are grateful for in your life?
6)  How can you express your gratitude to the people you love – a verbal thank you, a written note, a hug, a smile ?
