I do a great deal of work with Collaborative Lawyers and Mediating Lawyers, as I believe putting your children at the heart of the divorce process is the best way to separate, regardless of what’s happened to you, or your own emotions and feelings towards your ex.

“In April this year, Legal Aid was withdrawn from parents seeking legal support through divorce, separation and child contact issues, the only exception being where there is evidence of serious domestic abuse.
