A parent tantrum
We all do it …. throw a parent tantrum that just seems to erupt like a volcano out of nowhere.
So what can you do this week to notice when you are getting wound up, stressed out and beginning to lose the plot?
Take some time this week to ponder 3 new things you could try to eliminate or reduce your feelings of not being heard or feelings of tiredness and overwhelm.
Perhaps it’s remembering to press your imaginary pause button and to ask yourself a better question like “What exactly is it I want the kids to do?” …… being very specific in your answer….. just relax, get curious and explore new ways to do old things and notice the change that will happen easily and effortlessly.
