Last night we went to see the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel which was uplifting, gentle, and very funny at times. It was beautifully acted and a joy to watch so many superb British actors and actresses all together.

Growing old is not the end – it’s about how you handle the idea  – like most of my work it’s about teaching people to have the positive mindset neccessary to be happier in life – regardless of the circumstances.
