You’ve probably seen lots of Instagram, Twitter and Facebook posts that use positive affirmations to inspire you.

But what are these magic words that claim to transform your confidence?

There’s actually a great deal of science to back up exactly how a set of positive words can dramatically improve your mood & lift your spirit.

Daily affirmations are to the mind what exercise is to the body.

Repeating affirmations helps to re-programme your unconscious mind for success.

What are Daily Affirmations?

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome your own inner negative dialogue. They can stop you from beating yourself up & self-sabotaging your confidence with negative thoughts.

Regularly saying affirmations can, over time, transform your “I can’ts” into “I cans,”  which will change your fears and doubts into more confidence and certainty.

Something we could all do with as parents.

When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes to your feelings.
