I’ve been working with a wondertful group of teachers who are really lovely but their time management skills leave them stressed out, burnt out and running on empty.
I wrote my Teacher’s Bouncing Back Tookit especially for busy, stressed out teachers as I know 1st hand about managing time effectively as I used to be a Deputy Head and Class Teacher for over 20 years !
I run workshops, coach clients in the evening, write books and write articles as well as walk my three dogs and ferry my teenage kids about as we live in the countryside and still find time to read books, go on courses and catch up with friends.
So what makes me more efficient and still bouncing at 9pm at night after my last telephone coaching parent ?
Good time management.
