The Sue Atkins Bullying Diary

It can be really helpful to keep a record of the bullying that you’ve experienced as it makes it easier to remember what happened exactly.
This helps when you are talking to your parents, teachers or other adults about sorting it out. Write down as much detail as you can about what happened, where the bullying took place and who exactly was involved.
This Diary can then be shown to someone you really trust.

The Sue Atkins My Night Time Diary

Parenting can be hard work and coping with bedwetting can be exhausting, frustrating and difficult.

Experts don’t fully understand why one child continues to wet the bed and another doesn’t. It could be a matter of development. Sometimes a child’s bladder is simply not developed enough to store urine for an entire night. Sometimes a child has not yet mastered the ability to recognise when their bladder is full, wake themselves up, and get to the toilet in time.

Getting your child, the help they need can be made much simpler by keeping a Night Time Diary. This will help your child’s doctor understand your child’s bedwetting better.

Time Tokens

Most parents that I work with are fed up battling with their ‘Screenagers’ and trying to balance screen time with other activities. So when I discovered ‘Time Tokens‘ I gave a whoop of delight as Amanda has created a simply super new way to manage kids screen time. What I love about ‘Time Tokens’ is that it teaches a child how to manage their own time and that is brilliant, as that will empower and teach them self control. So that naturally & easily reduces battles and arguments.

But one of the best things about ‘Time Tokens’ as a former Deputy Head teacher, is that it also rewards kids with a Golden Ticket which encourages them to choose an ‘ING’ activity to do with family or friends every week – things like makING dinner, playING a game outside, going swimmING, dancING, or cookING.

I highly recommend ‘Time Tokens‘ – what are you waiting for the solution is here!
